No artificial dyes and no artificial sweeteners!  Our pancake mix is made with organic bread flour, organic freeze dried sourdough starter, organic cane sugar, baking soda, baking powder, and kosher salt.

Sourdough Pancake Mix - Makes 12 four inch pancakes

Directions:  Add 1 egg, 1 cup water, 1 Tbs. butter and entire contents of package mix to a bowl.  Mix semi-well, leaving small lumps in the batter.   Portion on a hot skittle anD cooked as desired!
