This starter was very active and had a great tang. Easy to use.

After rehydrating, I made my first loaf on the fifth day. My starter is going strong and very bubbly. I live at a high altitude so I have some adjustments to make when preparing dough but I am figuring it out. My hubby has no complaints taste testing! 😆

Leland is the best sourdough starter I have found. It was so easy to get started and was ready to use in just a few days. I had some things come up, so I had to put it in the fridge for a few days. I took it out yesterday and fed it and it was ready to go! I am baking the bread this morning.
